Request deletion of your BAL MILAP account and all associated personal data

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once deleted, all your personal data and your children's profiles will be permanently removed.

This page explains how users of the BAL MILAP Android app (com.tpl.facescan) developed by HOMENTO SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED can request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

We are committed to your privacy. You have the right to request deletion of your account and data at any time, in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023.

How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1 — From the App (Recommended)
  1. Open the BAL MILAP appLog in with your registered mobile number and OTP.
  2. Go to Profile / SettingsTap the profile icon or navigate to Settings from the dashboard.
  3. Tap "Delete Account"Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
  4. Confirm deletionType delete in the confirmation box and tap "Delete My Account".
Method 2 — Via Email Request
  1. Send an email to support@balmilap.comUse the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  2. Include your registered mobile numberThis helps us identify and verify your account before deletion.
  3. We will process your request within 7 business daysYou will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
