✅ Parent Consent

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered on this platform. I understand and agree that:

The child's information, photograph, and relevant identification details may be securely stored for safety purposes.

In case of a reported missing situation, limited necessary details may be shared with verified volunteers and relevant authorities strictly for child safety coordination.

If a scan match occurs, the helper's name, mobile number, and location details may be shared with me for coordination.

I will provide accurate and truthful information about my child.

I will not misuse the platform for false reporting or misleading information.

🔒 Data Protection & Privacy

I understand that personal data (mine and my child's) will be processed only for legitimate child safety purposes.

Data will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The platform will take reasonable security measures to protect stored data.
